Mister O1 is the rare pizza place that can feel a little special without becoming formal. Our spring 2026 visit was with wife and kids, and it worked cleanly as a family meal while still feeling nicer than a standard pizza stop.
The reason to choose it is the star-shaped pizza. The ricotta-stuffed points are the hook, and they make the best orders feel distinct enough to justify the slightly higher pizza price.
It is not a restaurant we would send someone to just for a plain pie. The pepperoni pizza was worth ordering and the Caesar salad was huge, but the star pizzas are what make Mister O1 worth remembering.

Mister O1 is a 4-star semi-upscale pizza-and-wine spot that works for more situations than most pizza restaurants. Our spring 2026 paid visit with wife and kids included the Star Luca, Star Laina, pepperoni pizza, and Caesar salad. The Star Luca was the standout because the ricotta-stuffed crust makes the meal feel special; the salad was huge, service was fast and friendly, parking was ample, and the room was comfortable for conversation. The caveat is value and focus: it is a little pricey for pizza, soda comes in cans without refills, and the star-shaped pizzas are the real reason to go. Use Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza for star-shaped pizzas, family meals, casual date nights, and pizza lovers. Skip it for basic pizza orders, and bottomless soda refills. Our Oviedo visit had ample parking, no wait, fast friendly service, and a semi-upscale pizza-and-wine feel that still worked well with kids. Value depends on whether a $$ meal and this specific caveat fit the day: Mister O1 is strongest when you order the ricotta-stuffed star-shaped pizzas. What to order
Star Luca
This was the best item from our visit. The ricotta stuffing gives the pizza a rich, satisfying twist and is the clearest reason to pick Mister O1 over a more ordinary pizza place.
Any star-shaped pizza
If you are going for the first time, stay in the restaurant's main lane. The star-shaped pizzas are the signature order and the part of the menu that feels most worth the trip.
Star Laina or pepperoni pizza
Both were worth ordering on our visit. The pepperoni is safer and more familiar, while the Star Laina keeps you closer to what Mister O1 does best.
Caesar salad
The salad was larger than expected and works well as a table share before pizza.
When to go
Use Mister O1 for lunch or dinner when you want pizza but still want the meal to feel a little nicer. We did not need a reservation, had no wait, and found parking ample at the Oviedo location.
Service and atmosphere
Service was fast and friendly. The room has a semi-upscale pizza-and-wine feel: casual enough for kids, pleasant enough for a low-pressure date night, and not too loud for conversation.
Price and value
Expect roughly $25 per person before tip. It felt fair for the food, though it is still a little pricey for pizza. One small value note: soda comes in cans, so do not expect free refills.
Choose Mister O1 when you want a family-friendly or date-friendly pizza meal that feels more polished than takeout or a standard pizza shop.
Skip it if you are not interested in the ricotta-stuffed star-shaped pizzas. Without that signature order, the rest of the menu is more normal and less destination-worthy.
Bottom line: Mister O1 is a 4-star pizza pick because the Star Luca and other ricotta-stuffed star pizzas make it feel memorable, while the service, parking, and atmosphere keep it easy to recommend.
